Literally minutes away from Commando Restaurants, One80 offers high quality of food quality and top- notch service.
If you are craving a great dinner with a splendid view, One80 Kitchen Lounge is the restaurant for you to be.
Situated minutes away from one of the most sought after beaches in Malta, Mellieha Bay, One80 enjoys picturesque views. The view stretch from the majestic local parish church to the valley known as Wied ta’ Ruman, a 180 degree view, hence the name.
One80 is not only a restaurant, it is a great place for a colourful cocktail, morning coffee or light snack. It has a very inviting feel and vibrant atmosphere. In terms of design the restaurant is very modern.
The menu had a lovely choice of dishes to choose from. As soon as we ordered we got warm bread with fresh Maltese cheeselets. If I had to be completely honest with you I am not a huge fans of cheeselets but the ones served at One80 are irresistible.
The staff were very polite yet friendly, went out of their way to explain in detail their daily specials and answered our questions without any hesitation.
We asked for a table outside to be able to watch the sunset. Everything we ordered, from the beginning to end, was delicious. As starters we ordered Ravioli Cacio e Pepe and Sebastian had Paccheri with Italian Sausage ragu. Our main dishes were Seabass and Venison. One word- WOW!
The highlight of our dinner was the tasty Millefoglie.
Anybody visiting Mellieha should absolutely visit here. There was something for everyone on the menu, nobody was disappointed and said they thoroughly enjoyed the meal and hospitality offered.
